”I would like to share my experience with Mary (TOTALLY FABULOUS)
Screening process: Mary spent some time asking questions to understand our family's lifestyle and kept on top of the moving timeline. Our move date was a moving target and appreciated Mary’s professionalism and flexibility.
Day of move: Mary started the morning with a smile and was very task-oriented. She kept our conversation in mind and had notes or smaller requests (wardrobe and kitchen).
Mary provided recommendations to ensure we properly utilize our space. She solicited input and encouraged any feedback. She (Mary) was like a genie and made my wishes come true. She even took me shopping to multiple stores - wanting to be sure I understood all my options.
She took care of my move as if it were her own and it is comforting to have her as a resource. Leveraging both work and personal experience.
3 weeks later: Mary is a part of the family. She is still checking in and offers to help re-model an area further.

Our garage was a crazy zone with a mountain of boxes, and now it's a tidy, organized space that actually fits two cars, with neatly labeled bins tucked away on designated shelving. All thanks to Mary! She's amazing to work with, is super sweet and courteous, and does a great job. It can be a little uncomfortable to think of someone sorting your messy items, but Mary is so friendly and made me feel really comfortable off the bat! She was more than able to handle it!
After moving, every box we didn't unpack (including from storage) got piled into our new garage. It caused our 2-car garage to only fit one car. Mary completely fixed that...all in a few hours.
I watched organization shows during the pandemic with great admiration and good intentions...yet still hadn't gotten around to tackling my garage. But Mary knocked out in half a day what I'd put off for months! I am now proud, happy, and peaceful when I walk into my garage! (Instead of tiptoeing between boxes, trying not to trip!)
I believe the cost for this service was reasonable and matched the value we got out of it. Just keep in mind there are variables that will impact the end cost, which makes it a little tricky to budget ahead of time. In my project, there were Mary's hours, plus the cost of any containers or storage solutions. (But she talked with me about her storage ideas before moving ahead with them.) So just be sure to communicate if you want to get a feel for the cost of the storage ideas. (She is very easy to talk to during the process.) Overall, I feel Mary was resourceful, efficient, and her solutions made complete sense. (For instance, for one wall, she bought reinforcements for existing shelving that was previously almost useless--to make it usable, rather than buy a whole new shelf).
Oh, and be prepared to have a big trash pickup if you are like me and purge a lot of stuff or large items in the process! But it was super helpful that Mary took the bagged items for us to be donated!
Overall--I am happy and very highly recommend Mary's organization service! I was glad to give her my business. She is sweet, skillful, and will give you the peace and joy of a tidy, organized space!
